• Sat. May 3: Big Cup I Tournament

(two person teams but you may sign up as a foursome; played with an 8 inch cup on the back 9, playing from your normal tees the first 9 and back a set of tees the second 9; tee time schedule to accommodate 52 teams with tee times from 8-10 AM and 12:30-2:30 PM; results announced the following day; best shot with difficult pin placements)

• Sat. May 10: Big Cup 1 Tournament (Rain Date)

(rain date for the Big Cup 1 tournament in the event the original date is cancelled due to rain or cold weather)

• Sat. June 7: One Person Best Shot Tournament

(each player plays on their own but you can sign up as a twosome or foursome; player hits then decides whether to try for a better shot, but if taken, must use the second shot; once on the green, two putts from each position)

• Sat. June 21: Sager Modified Best Shot Tournament

(two person team, may sign up as a foursome; both players tee off, select one to play, alternate shots to the hole; once on the green, both players putt from each position)

• Sat. July 5: Red White and Blue Tournament

(sign up individually or as a group but teams of 3 will be created from the sign ups with an A, B, and C player; best shot; six holes from red tees, six from white, six from blue)

• Tue. July 8: Junior PGA Tourney

(junior golfers only, registration through MGA)

• Sun. July 13: St. Mary's Tournament

(charity tournament, 4 person teams, 9 holes, best shot)

• Sat. July 19: Ryder Cup Schmidt's vs The World!

(a two day 36 hole tourney but you may sign up to play just one of the two days or both; alternating formats for each nine, such as individual score, best shot, alternating shot); the Schmidt's and their employees take on everyone else; last year the Schmidt's were destroyed but we're getting revenge this year!)

• Sun. July 20: Ryder Cup Schmidt's vs The World!

(day 2)

• Sat. July 26: Big Cup 2 Tournament

• Fri. Aug 1: Lamey Open

(private tournament, invite only; four person best shot)

• Sat. Aug 9: Clash of the Classes Tournament

(four person best shot tournament where all four players on the team must have graduated high school in the same school year but not necessarily from the same school)

• Sat. Aug 16: Red Bird Tournament

(sign up individually with two player teams selected randomly, you may sign up as a twosome and be placed within the same foursome but not likely on the same team; best shot)

• Mon. Aug 25: Club Championship Match Play Begins

(must be a member to participate; players play 9 hole matches with handicaps in match play format; double elimination; play begins the week of August 25, you text with each opponent to find a time to complete your match; typically two matches are completed the first week on a single day then one 9 hole round about every 4-7 days until you have been eliminated or the championship has concluded)

• Sat. Sept 6: Big Cup 3 Tournament

• Sat. Sept 20: Individual Play Stableford Tournament

(played individually but you may sign up as a twosome or a foursome; all players play their own ball; handicaps are used based on prior play at LPGC; points are awarded for net double eagles, net eagles, net birdies, and net pars)

• Sat. Sept 27: Fall Classic Tournament

(four person best shot; the team must have a total team handicap of at least 35 with maximum of 1 player having a 6 handicap or lower; giant skins with all teams placed in the same flight; optional low score entry fee for teams with the low score; difficult pin placements)

• Sat. Oct 11: Last Chance Tourney (2 Person Best Shot)

(sign up as a twosome or a foursome; two player best shot; last tournament of the season)
